How it works, what to expect
Request Appt

custumers request an appt/quote. We will respond back with a quote for the service needed.

Once quote is approved we will confirm time and date and sometimes ask for a parts deposit so we can acquire parts for service 

Appointment

On service day we will reach out to customer when we are enroute

Unfortunately we work on cars, so not everything will go as planned. there will be instances where we might run a bit behind of schedule

If you plan on buying your own parts please be sure to communicate that, also please buy correct parts prior to appointment. We do not wait for customers to go get parts. even if its real quick

FAQ
  • Will you run away with my deposit? no, but we will keep a deposit if you don't communicate with us and or make us wait longer than 20 mins

  • Can you use the parts if I buy them? yes! we are happy to use those parts as long as they are correct, of quality. we do not warranty customer provided parts.

  • What if I buy the incorrect parts and you start to take my car apart? we will always try to check it isn't always possible but if parts are incorrect customer is liable for the time it took to disassemble vehicle and to reassemble

  • We do not wait for customer to go get parts when we arrive.
